Fertility Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy offer you effective change for life.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a normal state of calm relaxation. You experience it watching TV, driving safely on auto-pilot – and drifting off to sleep at night! All day you shift between busy beta brain waves to ‘auto-pilot’ alpha waves. This brain activity measured on fMRI brain scans.
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to deliver focused psychotherapy and dissolve fears and mental blocks. This mental training reduces stress, anxiety, eradicates panic attacks, boosts confidence levels and self-esteem.

It’s like daydreaming on purpose, staying in an alpha state where you are between waking and sleeping. People are surprised at how normal it is, how conscious and in control they feel. You can open your eyes at any time and be fully aware. You don’t have to be mentally or physically relaxed to be in hypnosis, although most people become so, and may even drift off at times, they feel so comfortably distant from distraction.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – CBT – helps you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that cause you problems. A brief, solution focused and very practical approach to problem solving, it puts you in charge. You learn to stop negative thought patterns and break your problems down into manageable parts.
Mindfulness lets you focus your mind on what’s happening right now. It reduces anxiety about the past and worry about the future. You learn to be less judgmental in your thinking. Click the link to find out more!
