-2.  Ovulation can be disrupted by stress, illness, change or lack of sleep because these affect hormone production.

-3.  Checking your morning basal body temperature can track likely ovulation time but it does not predict exactly when it will happen.

-4.  Ovulation predictor kits can help predict your fertile window as they check for the presence of the hormone that triggers ovulation.

-5.  It is possible to ovulate 2 weeks after stopping the contraceptive pill.

-6.  Sperm can live for 3 – 5 days in a woman’s body.
