The Worry Games is a fab blog which I absolutely love. I often recommend it to friends and clients! Devoted to demystifying anxiety by providing real info and support, it’s written by the lively Lisa. Now mum to 5 children -after infertility and IVF, Lisa knows all about anxiety and what really works. She has a great sense of humour and curiosity and loves learning and all things French. How she manages it all, I have no idea – I simply enjoy and admire her greatly! Imagine my amazement and delight when she asked me if I’d like to be included in her mental health resource section. Lisa really gets what I do and the purpose of my blog. She has a great way with words so here’s how she sums it up. To hell with modesty.
“Helena Tubridy’s blog has a primary focus of infertility and IVF coaching/counseling for both men and women. Having gone through infertility and IVF myself, I know how beneficial it can be to have an online resource that provides quality,  reassuring information about both.  I also know how stressful infertility and IVF can be, which is why I find Helena’s blog special. She devotes a good portion of her blog to mental health, including the topics of mindfulness, general stress, hypnotherapy, CBT, and relaxation.  I believe her information could benefit everybody, not just those living with infertility.
Helena Tubridy is a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, midwife, fertility coach, and registered general nurse. I would not be at all surprised to find that she is an astronaut as well. She clearly has a love of learning and a strong desire to educate others and help them achieve, not only a family, Â but overall happiness and comfort with themselves.”
